3 cups barbecue sauce
½ cup canned, sliced mushrooms, drained and rinsed
8 whole grain slider buns
2 cups rotisserie chicken, skin removed and shredded
2 cups cabbage slaw
- In a medium saucepan, warm barbecue sauce over medium heat for about 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for about 3 minutes.
- To assemble sliders, add ¼ cup mixed white and dark meat on each bun.
- Top with warm sauce and cabbage slaw.
